本文阐述了ERP的相关概念,对ERP背景下国内物流企业的现状做出了相应的分析,指出了我国物流企业目前存在的问题,提出物流企业信息化之路,并在几个方面阐述了ERP在物流企业中的应用,包括宏观管理层面ERP的作用,微观管理层次ERP在管理技术上的应用,最后也指出了ERP实施过程中需要注意的几个问题.

 , , This article centralism elaborated the ERP related concept as well as the domestic physical distribution enterprise's present situation has made the corresponding analysis to the ERP background, proposed that road of the physical distribution enterprise informationization, and has made the concrete elaboration to ERP in the physical distribution enterprise's application.
This article utilizes the generalized analysis the method to conduct the research, the full text is divided three parts, first had expounded ERP and the related concept, analyze this background domestic physical distribution enterprise's present situation.
