《因子分析法下全国智能制造竞争力评价体系的构建和分析》

摘 要：自“中國制造2025”概念提出,智能制造不断推动中国制造业的转型升级.制造业的竞争力水平代表制造业发展的实力,影响我国经济发展方向.文中选取全国31个省份的16个相关指标,运用因子分析法对各省市规模以上工业企业的规模竞争力、R&D投入、新产品开发及技术改造等4个方面的能力进行实证分析,构建全国智能制造产业竞争力评价指标体系.研究发现：我国智能制造产业整体水平不高;各省市制造业产业区域发展不均;大部分省市创新力度不够.针对研究结果,从企业、政府、高校3个角度提出相关建议,以期为中国智能制造相关研究提供理论借鉴.

forward,intelligentmanufacturinghasplayedabigrolein
promotingthetranormationandupgradingofChinese
manufacturingindustry.Thecompetitivenesslevelof
manufacturingindustryrepresentsthestrengthof
manufacturingindustrydevelopmentinvariousprovincesand
municipalities,andaffectsthedirectionofeconomic
developmentinChina.Theresearchonmanufacturingcreativity
hasbecomethefocusofdevelopment.Thispaperselected16
relevantindicatorrom31provincesinChina,andused
factoranalysiethodtoanalyzethecompetitivenessof
industrialenterprises,R&Dinvestment,newproduct
developmentandtechnologicaltranormation,andconstructed
theevaluationindexsystemofthecompetitivenessofthe
nationalintelligentmanufacturingindustry.Itioundthat
theoveralllevelofChina’sintelligentmanufacturing
industryisnothigh;theregionaldevelopmentof
manufacturingindustryinvariousprovincesandcitiesis
uneven;andmostprovincesandcitiesarenotinnovative
