【摘 要】 目的：探讨四化护理干预缓解老年急性髓系白血病（AML）患者癌因性疲乏的效果.方法：选取2017年11月-2019年5月中山大学肿瘤防治中心收治的老年AML患者93例为观察对象.按入院单双日分为四化护理组48例,常规护理组45例.常规护理组采用常规护理方法,四化护理组在常规护理基础上采用四化护理干预.对两组癌因性疲乏程度及生活质量评分进行对比.结果：两组干预前癌因性疲乏程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.干预后,四化护理组癌因性疲乏程度评分低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.两组干预前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.干预后,四化护理组生活质量评分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.結论：针对老年AML患者采用四化护理干预,能够有效减轻癌因性疲乏程度,改善生活质量.

Effect of Four Modes of Nursing Interventions on Cancer-related Fatigue in Elderly Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia/LU Jiachao, LI Min, YAN Jun, WANG Ye. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2020, 18（12）： -102
[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of four modes of nursing interventions on relieving cancer-related fatigue in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia （AML）. Method： Ninety-three elderly patients with AML admitted to the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from November 2017 to May 2019 were selected for observation. Patients were divided into the four modes of nursing group of 48 cases and the routine nursing group of 45 cases according to the date of admission. The routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing method, and the four modes of nursing group adopted four modes of nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing. The degree of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Result： The degree of cancer-related fatigue scores of the two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After intervention, the degree of cancer-related fatigue scores in the four modes of nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before intervention, and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After intervention, the quality of life scores of the four modes of nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Four modes of nursing for elderly patients with AML can effectively alleviate the degree of cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life.

综上所述,对老年AML患者采用四化护理能够有效减轻患者癌因性疲乏程度,改善生活质量,效果理想,值得在护理工作中推广.
