[摘 要] 目的 对中药联用益生菌制剂治疗肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床效果进行meta分析. 方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science等中英文數据库,检索时限为2010年1月～2019年6月,收集国内外应用中药联用益生菌的方法治疗IBS的所有临床试验.按照纳入、排除标准选择文献与提取资料,采用Stata 15.1软件进行meta分析. 结果 共纳入24个临床对照试验,2191例患者中治疗组（中药联用益生菌制剂）1105例,对照组1086例.meta分析结果显示：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组[RR 等于 1.22,95%CI（1.18,1.27）,P 等于 0.000].进行亚组分析显示,各亚组治疗组有效率均高于对照组,其中腹泻型肠易激综合征16项：RR 等于 1.22,95%CI（1.17,1.28）,P 等于 0.000;便秘型肠易激综合征4项：RR 等于 1.29,95%CI（1.13,1.46）,P 等于 0.000;其余4项未分型：RR 等于 1.18,95%CI（1.10,1.27）,P 等于 0.000.两组治疗后腹痛评分[D 等于 -1.00,95%CI（-1.51,-0.71）,P 等于 0.000]、腹泻评分[D 等于 -1.75,95%CI（-2.69,-0.82）,P 等于 0.000]、腹胀评分[D 等于 -1.41,95%CI（-1.86,-0.96）,P 等于 0.000]及改善大便性状异常程度[D 等于 -1.07,95%CI（-1.48,-0.66）,P 等于 0.000]比较,差异均有统计学意义.两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义[RR 等于 0.96,95%CI（0.43,2.14）,P 等于 0.921]. 结论 中药联用益生菌制剂治疗IBS效果较好,尤其在改善患者腹部症状及改善大便性状方面效果显著.

Meta-analysis of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with probiotics in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with probiotics in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome by meta analysis. Methods From January 2010 to June 2019, all clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine combined with probiotics in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome were collected by searching Chinese knowledge net, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science and other Chinese and English databases. Literature and extracted data were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the meta analysis was carried out by Stata 15.1 software. Results A total of 2191 patients were included in 24 clinical controlled trials, including 1105 patients in treatment group （traditional Chinese medicine combined with probiotics） and 1086 patients in control group. Meta analysis result showed that total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （RR 等于 1.22, 95%CI [1.18, 1.27], P 等于 0.000）. Sub group analysis showed that the effective rate of each sub group was higher than that of control group, among which, 16 cases of diarrehea-irritable bowel syndrome： RR 等于 1.22, 95%CI （1.17, 1.28）, P 等于 0.000; 4 cases of constipation-irritable bowel syndrome： RR 等于 1.29, 95%CI （1.13, 1.46）, P 等于 0.000; the remaining unclassified four items： RR 等于 1.18, 95%CI （1.10, 1.27）, P 等于 0.000. There were statistically significant differences in abdominal pain score （D 等于 -1.00, 95%CI [-1.51, -0.71], P 等于 0.000）, diarrhea score （D 等于 -1.75, 95%CI [-2.69, -0.82], P 等于 0.000）, abdominal distention score （D 等于 -1.41, 95%CI [-1.86, -0.96], P 等于 0.000） and improvement of abnormal stool characteristics （D 等于 -1.07, 95%CI [-1.48, -0.66], P 等于 0.000） between two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups （RR 等于 0.96, 95%CI [0.43, 2.14], P 等于 0.921）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with probiotics has a significant effect in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, especially in improving abdominal symptoms and stool traits.
