   摘 要: 利用化学共沉淀法,在InCl3和SnCl4混和溶液中添加PEG-1000,并滴加浓度为25%氨水,制备了ITO前驱体,在温度700℃锻烧3h后得到ITO纳米棒.利用SEM,XRD,TEM-EDS和傅立叶-红外光谱仪分别对ITO纳米棒的形貌和尺寸,结构等

   1 引 言

   纳米材料的性能不仅取决于其化学成分,[1-7 ] .目前低维和准一维结构的ITO纳米颗粒,如纳米球形[8],纳米针状[9],纳米线[10] 纳米棒[10-12],和纳米管[13],引起了人们的极大重视.通常制备ITO颗粒的方法有共沉淀法[8,10,12,14-15] ,气-液-固(VLS)法[16], , [17] ,喷雾燃烧法[119]和微乳法 [20].特别是共沉淀法制备的产品纯度高和均一性好,粒度细成分可控,.Chen 等[21 ] 用聚乙二醇为表面活性剂,使用氧化沉淀法成功合成了Fe3O4 纳米棒.在本研究工作中,主要是利用添加表面活性剂PEG-1000,利用化学共沉淀法制备ITO前驱体,最终获得ITO纳米棒,并进行形貌和结构等表征及其机理分析.制备的ITO纳米棒有望在用于制备纳米ITO涂料方面提高其隔热性能,有待做进一步研究.

   2 试 验

   2.1 ITO纳米棒的制备

   2.1.1 试验试剂

   按照In2O3)/m(SnO2)等于配制的溶液SnCl4溶液SnCl4溶液SnCl4·5H2O溶于一定量的蒸馏水中配制而成.取上述100ml混和溶液保持温度为0℃,加入,滴加氨水进行水解,产生白色沉淀至pH值为~,继续搅拌1h并陈化2h;用蒸馏水对沉淀物进等Philips公司TealG2 20型透射电子显微镜,在乙醇介质中超声分散20分钟后,在铜网碳膜上进行测定分析.样品物象和结构分析采用北科大仪器厂XD98型X射线衍射仪,CuKα辐射,波长为1.54056×10-4μm分析.FT-IR 光谱由美国Nicolet傅立叶-红外(FT-IR)光谱仪(Nexus)分析测定.

   3 结果3.1表面形貌分析如图ITO纳米棒在煅烧温度700℃下不同时间的SEM图像ITO纳米棒平均直径约为¢0nm, 长度可达3000nm,长径比可达10,且具有比较好的分散性.ITO纳米棒的形貌不变,尺寸变化不大.这是因为[22],其分子式为H-(O-CH2-CH2)n-OH,其中的桥氧原子-O-亲水,-CH2-CH2-亲油.文献[23]报道,在通常等

   Abstract: Indium (III) and tin (IV) hydroxides (precursor) were synthesized via a co-precipitation process with additive of PEG-1000 in a water bath. Nanocrystalline indium tin oxide (ITO) nanorods were obtained upon calcination at temperature of 700℃ over three hours. The morphology, size , phase structure, EDS and FT-IR spectrum of ITO nanorods were characterized by tran论文范文ission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, TEM-EDS and FT-IR spectrograph. The formation mechani论文范文 of ITO nanorods was discussed. The results show that the diameters of the as-prepeared ITO nanorods are about 300 nm and the lengths reach about 3000nm, and the ratio of length to diameter reaches about 10. The as-prepared samples with cube structure are uniform, well dispersed and of high purity. ITO nanorods keep their morphology and less changes in their dimension as the time extends during calcination.

The equations h论文范文e to be numbered sequentially, and the number put in parentheses at the right-hand edge of the text. Equations should be punctuated as if they were an ordinary part of the text. Punctuation appears after the equation but before the equation number, e.g.
