[摘 要] 目的 探究护理标识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果.方法 该院于2018年10—12月实施常规手术室护理管理,该期间选取的79例患者作为对照组研究对象,在2019年1—3月在手术室护理管理中加入护理标识,该期间选取患者为观察组研究对象,共纳入79例手术治疗患者.护理后,對比两组患者对护理质量的评价以及护理期间风险事件发生率.结果 观察组物品准备、无菌操作、无菌物品管理、护理文书等方面评分均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 手术室护理管理中运用护理标识,能有效减少护理风险事件发生率,护理质量显著提升.

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of nursing label in nursing management of operating room. Methods Routine operating room nursing management was carried out from October to December 2018 in the hospital. During this period, 79 patients were selected as the control group and the nursing logo was added to the operating room nursing management from January to March 2019. The patients were the subjects of the observation group, and a total of 79 surgical patients were included. After nursing, the evaluation of the quality of care and the incidence of risk events during the nursing period were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group’s scores on http://127.1.1.1:801/xdl.php?url等于http://xmlib.vip.qikan.com/Text/article preparation, aseptic operation, sterile http://127.1.1.1:801/xdl.php?url等于http://xmlib.vip.qikan.com/Text/article management, and nursing documents were all higher than those of the control group, and the difference in data was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the observation group’s incidence of nursing risk events was lower than the control group. There was statistically significant difference in data comparison between groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of nursing signs in the nursing management of operating rooms can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and significantly improve the quality of nursing care.

护理过程中不安全因素会直接或间接导致患者死亡、伤残,存在一定的护理风险.除了具有一般风险性以外,还具有不确定性、风险复杂、风险水平高等特点[1].手术室是医师对患者实施手术治疗的场所,护理标识在手术室中的运用是指根据不同手术的需要,提前在手术室设置好相应的标识,目的是提醒手术中的关键步骤和重要环节,让医师和护士均能采取准确的护理操作,最大程度上降低围手术期的失误和危险事故[2].然而目前,实际手术过程中因技术、时间等因素,其流程更为复杂,且手术的成败直接关系患者的生命安全及预后,护理标识在降低风险、提升护理效果等方面具有非常重要的临床意义[2],即使实施的难度较大,也应推荐使用.鉴于此,该次研究于2019年1—3月将护理标识管理运用在手术中,通过对比观察组护理标识管理运用于常规护理管理的效果,现报道如下.
1.资料与方法
1、1 一般资料
2018年10—12月实施常规手术室护理管理,该期间选取的79例患者作为对照组,在2019年1—3月在手术室护理管理中加入护理标识,该期间选取患者为观察组,共纳入79例手术治疗患者.观察组79例,年龄20～41岁,平均（30.12±5.34）岁;病程2～8个月,平均住院天数（9.33±3.12）d.对照组79例,年龄21～43岁,平均（31.37±5.52）岁;病程3～7个月,平均住院天数（9.16±3.54）d.另选取10名护士作为护理管理对象,男性2名,女性8名,平均年龄（32.12±7.44）岁,平均工作年限（10.11±2.22）年.两组患者均对该研究知情并签署相关知情文件,经统计学分析后两组患者临床资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,可以进行对比.
