[摘 要] 目的 探讨重症医学科实习护士在临床教学中应用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法的作用.方法 选取在2018年3月—2019年10月期间来该院重症医学科实习86名实习护生作为研究对象,随机分为研究组（n等于43）与对照组（n等于43）,对照组采用传统教学模式教学,研究组采用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法,对比两组组实习生理论考核成绩、临床操作成绩和自主学习能力.结果 研究组实习生理论考核成绩（93.81±3.85）分、临床操作考核成绩（92.17±3.82）分高于对照组（P<0.05）,研究组实习生自主学习能力中学习计划安排（39.62±3.61）分、学习管理（40.11±3.15）分、学习求助（40.53±3.86）分、学习总结（39.83±3.67）分均高于对照组（P<0.05）.结论 重症医学科实习生应用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法效果显著,可以有效提高实习生理论考核成绩与临床操作考核成绩,并且可以有效提高实习生自主学习能力,具有使用以及推广价值.

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching in clinical teaching by trainee nurses in intensive care medicine. Methods A total of 86 interns who came to the hospital for internships in the Department of Critical Care Medicine between March 2018 and October 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a research group （n等于43） and a control group （n等于43）. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the research group adopted the PBL combined flipped classroom teaching method to compare the theoretical assesent scores, clinical operation scores and independent learning ability of the two groups of interns. Results The scores of theoretical assesent （93.81±3.85）points and clinical operation assesent scores （92.17±3.82）points of the interns of the research group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The study plan of the interns of the research group in their autonomous learning ability was （39.62±3.61）points, learning management （40.11±3.15）points, learning assistance （40.53±3.86）points, and learning summary （39.83±3.67）points were all higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method by intensive care medical interns has a significant effect, which can effectively improve interns' theoretical and clinical performance evaluation results, and can effectively improve interns' independent learning ability, which has application and promotion value.

重症医学科是抢救危重病人重要场所,同时重症医学科室护理水平是医院整体水平的重要标志之一[1].重症医学科患者共同特点病情较危重,因此对重症医学科医护人员护理水平提出更高要求,重症医学科医护人员在有较高理论知识以及临床技能操作水平外,医护人员还应具有较高应变能力[2].因此在对重症医学科实习生选取有效教学方法非常重要,以往传统教学方法已经不满足目前重症医学科护理的需求,因此改变传统教学模式对提高医护人员临床技能操作能力、紧急事件处理能力非常重要[3-4].PBL、翻转课堂教学法成为一种新型教学模式,并在重症医学科教学中取得显著效果[5-6].PBL教学法是以问题为导向的教学方法,通过教师的引导,让学生组成小组,通过小组讨论的方式,收集资料、发现问题、解決问题的教学方式.翻转课堂教学法是一种将学习主动权交还给学生,教师起辅助作用的教学方式.该研究选取在2018年3月—2019年10月期间来该院重症医学科实习86名实习护生作为研究对象,分别对其采用传统教学模式与PBL联合翻转课堂教学法,分析重症医学科实习护士在临床教学中应用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法的作用,现报道如下.
